要么No-contingency，这个貌似被等同all cash。
南湾好区抢房子我老的实战体会，目前是最多只能留一个contingency，如果两个以上
，基本上会直接被listing agent filter掉。
貌似listing agent的做法是，把最高价留下，把all cash留下，把Non contingency的
留下，如果上面的已经超过3个。剩下的就直接filter掉了。然后要最高价no
contingency，再要All cash和Non-Contingency的Match最高价。
Bid要加多少，取决于你要判断对手有多疯狂，当然最后的number还要自己comfortable。

just make the average IT salary. even if both ppl in the family both work
at google/facebook, how can they afford those multi million dollar houses..

there is 100K coop in queens.

places are usually the topic of discussion. You can still find 400K - 500K
house in bay area.

when you are in financial trouble, you want to hide in the dark corner and
let no one know you are existed.
