I tried a few and don't see why people would want to stand in line for it.
The food is not any better (most of the time it is worst) and is not any
cheaper. Also, they are not subject to the same health standard as a
regular deli or restaurant.
However, it seem to be high growing business.

like the famous mud, waffle and dings, kimchi taco......
you dont find those things in resturants.
