标 题: 4% 30Y No Cost NYC该lock吗？

还有20天close
Agent给的quote是4% no cost，问我要不要lock，大家觉得这个rate可以吗？
我的credit score 720, 20% down, condo in high rising building, less than
417K loan.
另外他说如果我愿意4.25%，可以有1个点的credit applied to closing，一般来说这
个划算吗？正好closing钱比较紧 |

living board are 3.6-3.7%
do u think the rate would go down this or next week?

another loan originater, see what kind of deal you can get.
as i know, wells fargo as an organization, has a great vision on brklyn
condo market. if this one you have in hand is not from WF, give them a try.
720 is not bad at all. 4% is not bad at all. best i heard recently.

directly. it is 0 point with $2000 origination fee, 3.875% rate, which is
almost as same as the quote from broker (1 point ~= 0.25% rate)
