so i called up best buy, and they first scheduled me for saturday, but the
subcontractor service center called and said they dont repair dynex tv
then i called best buy again, and they scheduled me with another service
center for monday. and i called the service center today to confirm, and
they told me they dont service dynext tv
so i am calling best buy again, and they transferered me to the dynex
manufacturer customer service, and the manufacturer transferred me back to
best buy... and i have been on hold off and on for the last 20 mins... | a*o

receipt from bestbuy. If you buy warranty from bestbuy, then call bestbuy. | w*****2

the Dynex warranty claim department and dial that number. Not the sales
department..

them go through the store. u have to try to repair it first, if they can't
