listings or COOP. I've only seen condo town house.
Scarsdale is very "white", but it's a Jewish town. And Jews share similar
value of education with Chinese. Rye is very "white" with a little bit of
everybody. I'd call it an "open WASP" town. Bronxville is very "white", more
from Germans and Scandinavians. One of the broker who is a Argentian German
told me that it's exactly like the artist district in Berlin.
You need to feel the town, like having lunch in a local restaurant or
waiting outside the school in the afternoon. Put it another way: if you like
Sarah Lawerence College, you may be a good fit for Bronxville.

15 co-ops for sale within Bronxville school district.
