子，死活不让搬，也不给保存。我后来坚持还是版上去了。然后办公室就给了一个$
1000的罚款。太恶心人了。
这种罚款有办法argue么？还是只有认了？
是不是mgt office的人都得罪不起阿，感觉他们都是爷，一点权利在手就要恶心你。。 | k****y

Rule No. 1: complain to manager, if you have evidence, send an email to HoA
board.
The worst case, because you are treated in this way, you don't need to pay
any tips to them as long as you live there. So you will get back your $1000
in a few years (that will be at least $500/year, easy up to $1000, even just
rent the apartment). you also should let them know why all staffs won't
receive any tips for ever as long as you live there. In a long run, you will
save more. A complain letter should be post, and let all their staffs know
they are affected by one/two stupid staffs.

If you did finish by 5, you can continue arguing with them. Otherwise, try
to negotiate the fine, probably down to 100-200 range. |
