如果能考，请问你们都在哪里上的课（我家住jersey city）？将来这个执照能换成
broker容不容易？

licensed broker sponsor。这个licensed broker怎么找？
What qualifications do I need for licensure?
To apply for licensure you must:
— be at least 18 years of age at the time you apply
— have successfully completed a Department of State
approved 75-hour qualifying course. If you have
completed the 45-hour salesperson qualifying course
prior to July 1, 2008, you may complete the 30-hour
remedial course in order to qualify for licensure.
— be sponsored by a NYS licensed real estate broker
— pass the NYS real estate salesperson examination

. Licensed R.E agent is an independent contractor.The licensed broker
sponsor is not support your working status(visa), it is for help you to get
the license after you pass the exam.
For my understanding, F1 holder can't get the R.E license. |

也可以去实地上课，到网上查查就能知道你家附近哪里有。
做salesperson满三年以上满足一定条件即可转为broker。 |
