经纪只专注某个地区， 不大可能5大区都做。

Note: for Queens, Redfin only serves certain areas. So, for the ones
outside of their service areas, you would need a separate agent or one of
their partner agents.
Redfin also put down the listing agent, whom you can contact directly.
However, that may make you look too desperate and can impact your
negotiation later on.

Otherwise, the other agent can come with the key, or leave the key at a safe
place for your agent to pick up.

if it is condo, the building super can open it if you have permission to
enter.
if it is a house, these days they do combination keys. it is a code only can
be used once. electric lock.

Leads，然后马上被卖走。
还是建议找个经纪，先找人比先找房子更容易买到好房子。 |

one will ever write a check payable to the agents.
for things you do not know, you speculate. that is normal. but when someone
comes to you with the real story, you d better consider it before you argue
for the sake of argument.

see and house and give you some feedback on what they see (some are better
than others on this) is that:
1) A good broker would provides a Comparable Market analysis that the seller
probably also has ran and told the home owner of the value.
2) Like to have the middle person for negotiation.
