I think about all the times over the last 10 years I had "bad days". You
know the kind of days where you're cut off in traffic, you get in an
argument with your significant other, your coworker disrespects you, the
waiter is rude to you.....etc. while I was letting little things upset me
these women were going through hell. They are so strong. Remember how
blessed you are everyday and try not to let things get to you. We all have
had it good compared to these brave women. I pray they find peace and
happiness.

I was in college 10 years ago, and they were captive. I held a few jobs,
while they were still captive. I had several relationships, and they were
captive. I traveled all over the world, they were still captive. The reality
hits hard when I think of it this way. All the things I did with my life,
while they were being robbed of theirs. It's tragic. Ten years, they lived
in a space so small, that I would typically go nuts after spending half a
day in. There are more people out there living like this. It puts things in
perspective. |

2006, come to US, very timid at the beginning then i got a cute bf.life was
so easy.then we broke up, still good friends till today.
beginning of 2008, got a job, come to nyc, met my now-hubby. he was going to
school, and working, but we still managed to have a lot of fun.
end of 2009, got married, took him to china, climbed the great wall together
.
2012, got to know a real estate tycoon, started working for him.
2013, realized i should not work for my friend, jumped again, climbing up
the ladders... |

间真快。有些在人生道路上遇到的人，无论时间长久，就算是永远离开了，也会经常在
出现记忆中。十多年前能遇到她是我们的幸运。那时候她病入膏盲的时候没办法来开会
，却写了两页长长的纸张勉励大家的话。她的女儿一边落泪一边念给大家听。内容是什
么，现在忘记了。大家都明白这里面的内容是和大家说永别的。很多人落泪了。
经常听说好人会有好报，可是很多时候现实生活是相反的。她祖宗是南美的一个国家，
那时候她应该还只是五十多岁。一生从事教育方面的工作。在离别见最后一面的时候，
整个干瘦的尸体平静地躺在那里跟大家记忆中的经常微笑的她判若两人。悼念会上，牧
师说看到这么多的年轻人到来就知道她是一个多么博爱的人，她人是走了，但是会永远
活在大家的记忆中。她的老公说起他们相遇的往事逗大家笑。这样的场面在其它文化是
绝对不能笑。可是大家笑了，也算是给大家有一个美好的记忆。十年了，也还在记忆中。
在她女儿的悼念话里加评了一句，We all miss her. She changed our lives. Memory
eternal. |
