2. in order to get this 10 year break even point, you need to assume a very
low inflation and low investment return, which are not always true
3. it is always better to have cash now than later. Most people here may not
reach the peak of career when buy first property. So 5K or 10K now worth
much more than in 10 years, even assuming no inflation and investment return

说borrower qualify多少amount的loan,她拿着这个letter才能去看房子。她当时可能
顺便问了一下当天大概是个什么利息,但是并没有进入到实际的loan processing,她
当时应该连哪个房子都没有看好,连申请表格都还没有签,银行也不可能有她的
documents,所以不可能有银行给她锁利息的。
