发帖数: 1912 | 4 1. RI是有地铁的（F），周末偶尔会维修但大部份时候没事，从来没有在weekday停过
2. 我没见过tram停开，sandy的时候我已经不在岛上了，但我想一般人应该不会在
sandy的时候坐缆车吧。。。
3. 如果真要出去又没车又停地铁又停tram，可以租zipcar或叫limo，我叫辆车去
flushing也就$20多一点

do you know the riverside walk property by Related? was it there when you
were living on the island? any good things bad things you heard?

developed by Related and the other two are owned by NYU (they were trying to
sell those last year)
the one developed by Related is more expensive and better managed. The only
problem is the land. I remember the land is leased not bought from RIOC or
New York City. So there may be problems after 50 years
