Wireless device needs a channel to communicate to the router. Just like the
Walkie Talkie - before it can communicate to each other, a channel number
need to be set up in pairs
After you login to the router use the instruction I told you above, then
look for the "Wireless Setting" tab on top of the page.
Once you click on the "Wireless Setting", you will see the "Wireless Status"
page. At the left hand side of this page, there is a menu labeled "Basic
Security Setting". Click on it and you will see all the setting info
including the "Channel". Go set the Channel to 11 and save it , then to see
if it works. If not try to change to other Channel number to find a stable
one for your home.
