this building, i heard (from someone went to view the property), you dont
get any view under certain floors. they priced it so high, is to create this
exclusive super-new-rich club.

I think they have under 10mil unit though
this building attracts more international buyers than local billionaires.
only a few banker and hedge fund managers bought it, such as Bill Ackman
15 central park west is still wall st's favorite.
I guess international buyers don't appreciate limestone that much
