for their lack of efforts during Sunday - not just in his case, but for
that gang to take over West Side Highway for that long.
If Blomberg has not done so, hopefully the mayoral candidates are smart
enough to think of a NYPD task force to take down these gangs. One simple
way to start is to pull over any motorcycle on the street w/o license.
