发帖数: 572 | 1 我今年30岁，被拒的理由是我的驾驶记录差。我2010年在纽约市拿的驾照，2011年在
highway上拿了一张speeding ticket，然后律师去打了官司，扣掉2分而已。其他有拿
过2张违规停车的ticket。
真不知道他们是怎么查我的开车记录的，居然把我的申请给拒了。我准备下个礼拜往
DMV跑一趟，不知道该向他们要什么信息。请知道的出来说说，谢谢！ |

已经准备好找agent去跟保险公司fight back了。 |

violation (not DWI) should be fine. Many term insurance don't even ask for
driving records.

现在我想最重要的是把这2分给扣掉。这2分是2年前拿到的，不知道正常的话还要多久
才可以去掉。大家给出出主意阿！ |

convictions within past 5 years.
This is not auto insurance, it is not the pints that matter, but how many
moving
violations you have on record.
If your agent tells you it is just because for the 2 points, then switch to
another person or company. Many are available.

try to figure out if i can take the point off from my driver license.

发帖数: 2564 | 11 Unless you had other violation (i.e.DWI within the last 5 years), they
shouldn't have rejected you for that one. You may want to double check with
them to see what else they saw on the record that you are not aware of.
As for the 2 points, like the person said above, just go take a driving
defense course and that should get ride of the 2 points. However, that
probably don't have an impact to your life insurance application.
Again, if the 2 point was the reason for this insurance company to reject
you, just go find another one.
