古兰经的文字。。
图片看上去不错，大多新疆饭都有。。。

看底下的review，基本上说好的都是所谓第一次试新疆菜的。一个号称新疆人的人给了
个最低。看食谱，也不象正宗的样子。
你说暴正宗，那么说说你的资格先。
Firstly, Xinjiang is my hometown. I grew up on the food of this region. I
live for this food. Which is why I'm so livid with my experience at this
place.
How...I ask just HOW can you offer 'Lagman' on your menu and not hand pull
them fresh per order?!!!! It's a disgrace. The WHOLE point of this dish is
the awesome fresh bite of the freshly cooked noodles! If you pre-make a
batch and then heat it up you're essentially serving me leftovers. Can you
imagine going to an Italian restaurant and ordering pasta and being served
something they made hours ago? Think about it. It's a simple dish, there's
no excuse for this kind of corner cutting.
I don't blame the people giving this place 4+ stars because they don't have
a point of reference, because there is not a single legit Xinjiang/Uyghur
restaurant in any of the 5 bloody boroughs. This fact is a disgrace, NY is a
f#cking sham, the food here blows. All these pretentious self proclaimed
foodies waxing eloquent about a city full of mediocre restaurants, just go
spend a month in Sydney, Toronto, Montreal if you want to see what good food
really is. Ugh.
I literally drove from Harlem to Brighton Beach on the hunt for these
noodles i'm so mad right now I want to punch an inanimate object.

和朋友们一块去的 分别从NJ开过去一个小时，从曼哈顿开过去一个小时，从长岛开过
去50分钟。嗷嗷转圈找地方。 |
