I used his service twice, both experience were very satisfatory. Once, we
sat down for an hour discussing the contract but at the end the seller
backed out. Mr. Shum didn't even charge me for that one hour of service. |

The price at the beginning only ask for 700 flat fee.But asked for 300
dollar on the closing date just for travelling fee where not too far from
Flsuhing.
Be care some attorney will add fee in the very last day of closing. |
