. 2660 sq ft an additional 800 sq ft of finished living space in base. 3.5
baths. Yard is not big, and lot size is about 7,800 Sq Ft Lot.
House was built in the 1980's and well maintained. We like the structure of
the house.
Seller wants to sell very close to listing price. Is it worth it? We are
first time house buyer and can't make up the decision at this time.
Any suggestions? |

3万多的税……好夸张
如果去city的话,metro north stamford line只有慢车,不知道能不能去做
whiteplains的线。
另外,对比这个房子
270 N Ridge St,
Rye Brook, NY 10573
貌似才list 75w,优势有哪些,我看tax一样,city 评估价差不多。
35万的差价……

have an accepted offer that's very close to the listing price. Maybe it
will be sold in 7-10 days according to the agent.

晕,都是accepted offer…… 那你要问问为啥没成。
为啥买家最后不买了。
如果一般 在白区,accepted offer 就是说不会再给你show了。
accepted offer 还拿出来卖,经常说明那个offer并不qualify

(maybe find some problems in inspection, who knows).
The offer was just accepted today, I was told.

一是port chester学区的
就你给的信息而言,如果是blind brook学区,好像价格还行,
lot稍微小点,房子3500尺很大,如果没硬伤,这个价格卖得掉,
80年代的房子算比较新的了.

出来第一站就是rye,第二站port chester,metro north三条线

哦,我没仔细看过这个区…~~因为税太高了。
greenwich 和darien倒是好好看过。
