最后下来总共自付2000多刀（跨年），无奈啊。 |

我还看了一下说明，说如果status change也是可以换保险的，是这样的吧

跟别的项目不一样。然后，算一下一年交多少premium，加上annual
deductible，孕检copay（注意是每次visit都有copay还是only the
initial visit），childbirth co-insurance（一般大约费用是15K
到20K，减去annual deductible amount，再乘以你的coinsurance rate），总共多少
钱比较一下。 |

90%, Individual (Employee only) Out-of-Pocket: $1,100 (includes deductible
and coinsurance, excludes copays). 每月交300左右。
我现在的保险是cover 80%， maternity cover 80%, Individual (Employee only)
Out-of-Pocket: -。 每月交80左右。
值得换么

发帖数: 9475 | 8 忽略co-pay，大致算一下：
第一种：因为有out-of-pocket上限，所以共需要交
300 * 12 + 1100 = 4700
第二种：需交
premium: 80 * 12 = 960
deductible: 1500
co-insurance: 10000 * 20% = 2000 (至少这个数，可能更多）
total: 4460
相差不远，考虑到生产价钱可能不止一万，并且还没算各种
lab的费用，并且万一有个complication费用就多了，建议
换第一种。

发帖数: 9475 | 10 你的保险是扣税前还是税后？如果是税后，可以在flexible spending account多放点
钱，这样premium，co-insurance可以免税
