if it's outside virus, your baby has a big chance of getting it
from the air, not from your milk. unless you don't stay under the same
roof, there's a big chance she'll get it too. and, your breastmilk,
may have the antibody that helps her fight it.
if it's something bad you ate, don't worry, it won't get into the milk.
human body is like a big big filter. and the breastmilk is the best
thing for your baby. :)
