我怀了双宝，虽然距离生产还远，就是想提前准备一下。经常有人说双宝要早产的，希
望不会。
双宝肯定跟一个宝宝有点区别，哪位有经验的妈妈，能列个清单之类的，还有喂奶，听
说胸喂不可行，是这样吗？你们都怎样做的？学习一下。 | d*********s

- 2 ergo carrier with infant inserts, one moby wrap (we decided not to use
strollers, to build better bonding, in the first year or use car seat to
haul them around)
- onesies ( a lot of it, I bought "Hudson Baby Natural Organic Bodysuit" on
Amazon, organic and really cheap), hats, socks and mittens
- My Brest Friend Twin Plus nursing pillow (not to buy the round edged ones
because babies will roll over), nursing pads
- lot of receiving blankets
- swaddling blankets

我们参加了一个breastfeeding class, lamaze class, multiples class (if you
have one in your area that's really great), parent-baby connection class, 都
很值得。50% twin pregnancy go over 38 weeks, and 50% delivery are vaginal
birth, so try to do it the natural way even though you have having twins! We
are planning on a natural birth (no medication whatsoever) and will see how
it goes!!!

发帖数: 236 | 6 You did an excellent job preparing for your twins' arrival. However you
should never buy used carseats even though you might only use them for
several times.
Each twin preganancy is differet. I delivered my twins at 37+5. I didn't
feel anything before the delivery. I had a Mo Di twin pregancy and when my
perinatologist checked me on 37 week, she said I was almost 4 centimeter
dilated, even though I didn't feel anything. She talked with my OB and they
decided to schedule a C section for me that w

发帖数: 109 | 7 是异卵，两个男孩。如果是同卵的，你的医生会小心注意twin-to-twin transfusion
syndrome.
美国的C-section是过30％的，比WHO建议的6％要高很多，许多的C-section是完全没有
必要的，多数是因为induce的结果。
我的第一个OB上来就说在38周要么催产，要么schedule C-section,这和我們的理念完
全不一样，所以就换了一个OB,现在这个feel completely comfortable letting me go
full 41 weeks，所以不能盲目地听从所有的医生建议，要self-educate，然后再选择
supportive你理念的医生。
Labor和Delivery是无法预测的，有些人时间很长，有些很短，有些情况需要emergency
C-section,所以只能play by ear,但是总得来说，对一个健康的妈妈,non-medicated
birth is better than induced birth, induced birth is better than labor C-
section,

有没有隔
膜（到下星期快14周），医生说以后每一次doctor visit都要做ultrasound, 要防止
TTTS,监控
是否一个小孩太小，cervix是否太短。我也担心ultrasound太多了，不过好像没太多选
择,因为同

发帖数: 236 | 10 恩，MM是这样的。我是同卵的，的确做了很多超声波。自己都记不得做了多少了。我刚
发现怀孕的时候还出血了，第一次做ULTRASOUND只看到了SAC，没有发现心跳，那时候
自己算都已经8周了 （ULTRASOUND显示是6周）。以为没有BB了呢。结果过了1周再去做
ULTRASOUND，医生一直不说话，搞得我好紧张。最后他说OH MY GOSH。。。我当时心都
快条出来呢。然后他说THERE IS DEFINTITELY HEARTBEATING. BUT THERE IS ANOTHER
BABY! 我觉得自己想做过山车一样从低跃到高，有从高到低。然后他也说看不到
MEMBRANE，所以格勒1周我有去哪里做ULTRASOUND。那个TECH看到有MEMBRANE。可是我
的OB好像还是不放心，REFER 我去了PERINATOLOGIST，10周的时候去了哪里看专家，肯
定了有MEMBRANE，是MO-DI TWINS. 然后有做12周,18周的超声波，到了中期就是每2周
一次检查羊水，CERVIX LENGTH和BB DEVELOPMENT来MONITOR TTTS. 一直到32周P

超的说两个baby都很active,不停的动，我真怕他们会cord缠绕。下星期还要接着找。你的宝宝出

发帖数: 236 | 13 MM不要怕，MOMO TWINS是很少见的，就算是也不要太担心。可以坚持到32周C，现在的
医学一定可以得到健康的BB的。祝你好运！

2。大家有低置胎盘的经历吗？ 我的20周时还低，但不是前置胎盘。。。
