I thought that's more than enough for me at that time, but after working
really hard for a month, all stress and sleep deprivation started to take a
toll on me. Nowadays I still suffer from anxiety disorder and insomnia from
time to time.
My advice is to take as much time off as you can, or to ease the transition,
try to reduce your workload the first few weeks after you go back to work. |

所以产假就休了short term disability + Family leave。
产前4周(short term disability) ，如果顺产的话产后休12周(short term
disability + Family leave)
