标 题: Milk or Breakfast for the Morning

My son is over 2.5 yrs old and will start his preschool. We need to offer
him the breakfast at home. My question is should I offer him normal Chinese
breakfast or Milk only since the morning time is always so challenging.
Which one is more important? We want him to have enough food until his lunch
(BTW, he does has an early lunch scheudle at school |
