发帖数: 1124 | 3 you will need 委托书 if you are not going back with the baby. Travel agent
could prepare it for you for $5, including the notary public stamp I think.
Or you could write a letter saying you authorize your parents to take your
baby to China for a short trip, they will be responsible for your baby
through out the whole traveling, and then have the letter notarized. | s****8
