想问各位美妈们，第一种水果加的都是什么啊？怎么给法？榨成稀泥或者汁水吗？ |

发帖数: 3911 | 15 if your child has allergy, ask the doctors specific questions. we started solid food after the 6-months checkup. First, rice cereal only for 2 weeks, then add vegetables (one new vegetable every 3 days), and introduced fruit last.
if you're in doubt, I would suggest you wait and ask the doctor on your next visit.

checkup the ped said we could add the solid food when we feel comfortable. I
don't remember where I read it, but I have the impression that it's better
to add rice cereal first, for it's safe and it's not as sweet as fruit.
basically it's better to add rice cereal first, then vegetables and then
fruits. My baby first tried Happybellies brown rice cereal, earth's best's
sweet potato, carrot, peach, prune, apple. he had allergy to banana and
mango. we learned it in a hard way. but I guess that's something we have to
do. |

我的医生和看过的书上都说先加米糊2个星期，再一样一样加。和回贴的几个mm说的一
样。

something like that...did u use some medicine
for the allergy or it just went away by itself?

你也不必那么激动吧，中国江湖医生都出来了，还4个大问好。

发帖数: 4338 | 20 she had rashes, then the skin gets really dray, and also had blood in the
poop. So we took her to the Allergy doctor, did 20+ food allergy test.
Turns out to be positive to eggs... I excluded eggs completely out of my
diet, including bakery, and she is getting so much better now! So we are
very cautious when adding solid food to her diet.

would be fine. usually after u cut off the source,
the baby would be fine without taking any medicine. but if his head is
swollen up or something more terrible happens,
it's better to take her to the ped.

我一开始是买的
因为不知道娃吃不吃
买的小盒方便些
后来确定她爱吃了，才开始自己大批量的做
切块儿，放碗里蒸熟
或者切块儿，放一点点水，煮熟
blender打成smoothie就行

喉咙，否则得喉炎，小孩子吃点盐才有力气 等等 |

cereal with 4-5 teaspoon of breastmilke or formula
