是没有好转。再次看医生，医生开了浓度更大的同种药，每天涂抹口腔，可还是没有好
转。这种药的副作用是胃会不舒服。现在看着小宝每天涂药，鹅口疮没好，却导致胃不
舒服，整天哭闹的样子，我这个妈妈真是急死了！
我家大宝去年得过这个病，当时用的是同种药，涂了两个月才好。不过大宝年龄大一些
，现在小宝才刚满月，每天给他擦药看他大哭的样子好揪心啊! 版上哪位爸妈有治疗这
个病的经验，请说说看。
除了医生开得这种药 ，还有其他治疗办法吗？中药可以治疗吗？谢谢。 |

紫药水walmart有卖的，不太容易买到，我在amazon看过说是治疗鹅口疮很有效果，如

再上药水会更好一些。宝宝到了大约4个月，自身免疫力加强以后，就会自己好的。 |

间长，所以当时我们是拿沙布每一次尽量长时间的查，如果娃配合甚至要按着不动一段
时间，会有很明显的好转，但是这个很顽固，即使看不到了还要坚持这样擦一段时间才
行，过了这两个月就好了。 |

发帖数: 50 | 9 It is called Gentian violet. You can get it without prescription from
Walgreens or CVS. They may not have it. Ask the pharmacies around your
house. Some may have it. Swab it on your nipples and baby'mouth once a day
for three days. It is messy. It will stain your and baby's clothes. But
it works faster than nystatin and also only need to apply once a day not 4
times, which is a big plus. Good luck and hope your baby feels better soon. |

也抹了，然后就好了。我不知道这个东西严重性是不是和面积成比例，反正他当时是最
两边都有大拇指那么大一块呢。也就抹了那一次，后来就慢慢好了。除了抹得时候因为
刚打了针哭得很惊天动地，后来对吃饭什么得一点儿影响都没有。 |

我只知道如果妈妈孕期有阴道炎，宝宝“有可能”会得，其他的就不知道了。貌似看到
说出生后也会得。

Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) is an anti microbial made from grapefruit
seeds and pulp. GSE is recommended by lactation consultants to fight thrush.
Use 10 drops GSE to one ounce distilled water. Swab this solution on mom’s
nipples and inside baby’s mouth (on gums, cheeks and tongue) every hour.
Also, swab baby’s mouth prior to nursing and mom's nipples after nursing.
Be aware, it does have a very bitter taste! For more information on
Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) and recommended directions for use, see Dr.
Jay Gordon’s website.
Treatment of thrush with GSE
Make a mixture of 10 drops of Citricidal Grapefruit Seed Extract to one
ounce of water. The use of distilled water to make your solution is very
important. The chemicals placed in your local tap water to kill bacteria
can reduce the effectiveness of the active ingredients in GSE.
IF thrush is not markedly improved by the second day, increase the
mixture to 15, or even 20 drops of GSE per one ounce of distilled water.
If after reaching up to at least 20, and a full day of hourly treatment with
it, you see no improvement, I would consider using Diflucan. If you are
prescribed Diflucan, continue to treat topically with GSE during the course
of treatment.
Use this solution with an absorbent swab on mom’s nipples and baby’s
mouth once every hour during all waking hours. Swab baby’s mouth priorto
nursing and mom’s nipples after nursing. Applying it to baby’s mouth
prior to nursing will help them to avoid the possibility of baby
associating the bitter taste with nursing.
If diaper area is affected, put the same strength solution into a spray
bottle or swab as above at every diaper change.
If the infection is particularly rampant or you are having difficulty
getting rid of it, mom may need to take acidophilus or GSE capsules to get
rid of it systemically.
GSE solution can also be used in laundry or as a surface cleaner to kill
yeast hiding and waiting to multiply again.
It may be necessary for Mom to eliminate sugar from her diet until the
yeast infection is gone. |

use can also cause ulcerations inside a baby's mouth and throat.
Gentian violet is prohibited by the FDA from being added to animal feed.
Further evidence has shown that it may cause cancer in the digestive tract
of animals.

GV. This way, I don't pick up too much, and staining is minimal (advice
given to me on this board!). Put baby on his/her side to sleep (I prop her
against a rolled blanket), as to avoid swallowing the GV (you can move baby
onto back later if you like). I "flip" her bottom lip out and put in the q-
tip. She sucks automatically, and the GV spreads out all over her mouth like
a charm (ie. no swabbing entire surfaces, as sucking does trick). Sometimes
, she will move around a bit, or make a terrible face, but I've never woken
her. You might want to put a flannel square under the baby to protect bed
sheets (crib or your own) from baby drool. (Though the GV does come out in
the wash). |

the medication for one month. I also treated my nipples, but nothing worked.
Then we just gave up the medication. She was OK by herself later. |

这种酸性环境里长，所以消除这种酸性环境这种真菌就长不了了。用100ml水加1tsp
baking soda，用来擦洗，很快就会好。母乳的也要擦乳头，瓶喂的要消毒奶瓶。
