发帖数: 523 | 2 There are two phases: letting down phase and suction phase.Turn up letting
down phase to the point that you feel pain.After 2 mins, the machine will
automatically switch to suction phase which is more powerful. You may want
to turn down the switch a little to minimize the pain. I was told during
pumping, switching back and forth between the two phases can increase milk
production. I've tried like this which works for me. | x*****9
