如果到时都没有批准，可不可以凭receipt在美国居住呢？我知道如果最后的结果是批
准了没有问题，但是如果最终是被据了呢？会不会造成非法停留，以后再来是不是会有

份的，你这是正常速度，不能加快。实在景仰他们的效率呀。
不过在结果没下来之前都可以留在美国，不算非法。 | c********h
发帖数: 7827 | 4 yes,they can stay here legally until they get the notice from INS. Yet if
the application gets rejected, they should leave the country immediately.
That means, you have to buy very expensive tickets and rush back on the
second day.
Then I would suggest you to buy tickets on the original I-94 expiring date
and be prepared to leave as if they cannot get the extension. If they get
approved, you can change the tickets for $200 per person.
We submitted our application on early July to the California center online
and got approved in another month, early August.
