发帖数: 83 | 4 I did put on the ring and seeing physical therapist, but if I take off the
ring too long it drop back down again. I don't know if I should have another
one again. |

Thanks for reply. I think I am in stage two now. I have the pessary put on,
but if I remove the pessary it fall again. I do little exercise now. I do
not know if I can still strengthen the pelvic muscle or not. Do you know
anyone have similar case? I walk a lots at work that's why mines drop.

condition will make the abdominal very uncomfortable. |
