己根据自己的情况整理了一些笔记，分享给大家，仅供参考，因为每个mm的情况，需求
，医院等设备供应都不一样。建议待产的姐妹们利用去hospital tour这个机会好好了
解医院的设施，程序和供应，避免到时候的手忙脚乱。 我也有加入一些基本的生产专
业术语，罗列的也基本都是英语，只是为了写下来方便到时候和医生护士交流。有不妥
的地方，欢迎大家给出意见和指正，或者必要的添加。
产包：
1.Laptop, cellphone, chargers, booklet and pen
2.Camera, camcorder
3.Robe/ sleeping gown
4.Tooth brush, tooth paste, body wash, shampoo, brush, etc

hospital will provide, seems it is strict on breastfeeding, I don't want my
baby get jaundice though)

My concerns before, during, after labor
1.Perineal massage and cut (episiotomy)
2.Effacement, dilation, position(+2,+1,0,-1,-2)
3.Baby facing (outer, inner)
4.Amniotic fluid (good/little/broken)
5.Umbilical cord(good/wrapped)
6.Degrees of the tearing, (none, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, degree laceration)
7.Baby weight, head, height percentage
8.Apgar score
9.Temperature (should be closely monitored)

医院也许会提供的物品（注意：也许。不同医院都不一样，不过还是一定要利用好医院
资源阿，问一问总无妨，如mm手里有ob或者儿医那儿拿的胖子等，记得都拿出来用哦）

在医院生好后，尽量多要喝prune juice( 防止便秘）, cranberry juice （防止尿道
感染）
多喝清淡的汤水，流质。别一上来就来猪脚汤，鲫鱼汤急着催奶，防止堵奶，等真正有
奶了，再加这些汤喝。
最后给苹果做个广告：） 有苹果产品的姐妹，不妨下载几个纪录宫缩，还有以后记录
宝宝作息的app, 免费的，我觉得应该蛮有用的。我用的是：baby log还有
contraction. 当然，还有很多很多其他的，感兴趣的mm可以自己去看看，下载一下。
