endurance test has little to do with what you ate the week prior to it. I
thought it checks how quickly your body can process 150g of sugar. It
measures your blood sugar 4 times - empty stomach, after 1 hr, 2hr and 3hrs.
I think after fasting for 12-14 hours your empty stomach blood sugar
should reflect true fasting starting point so whatever you ate 14 hrs before
, not to mention a week before, should not matter.... :P
Unlike 3 hr endurance test, the 1 hr is a screening test and my doc didn't
require fasting so I guess it does matter what you ate beforehand.
Good luck, many people fail 1 hr but pass the 3 hrs. |

也是吃了很多甜食，但是过了。

我更悲催，第一个trimester通过血检就查出血糖略高，然后就一直每天扎手指头验血
糖监控呢，一直持续到生产完。 |

要注意一周的事，没过问题很严重么？最近都挺郁闷，后天去b超也不知道胎位正过来
没，都八个半月了，加油啊。 |

起来得１０几个小时空腹，我现在还胃酸过多，老觉得饿，那岂不是得很难受？

(GTT) . The 1hr screening test only to screen who needs to have GTT.
There are two standards that the clinic can use:
1) 130 cut off: using this standard, 90% people will fail
2) 140 cut off: using this standard, 80% people will fail
So many people fail 1hr screening test, but can pass 3 hr GTT.
I failed 1hr too, and hoping can pass 3 hr GTT. |
