that you probably had too much carb, and the up and down of glucose will
make you feel dizzy too. If that happens again in the future, then try to
eat more protein and reduce carb. And drink a lot of water will help
good luck and don't worry!

我怀孕那时候到了中后期也是呼吸比较急，有时候心跳快
