发帖数: 4494 | 1 宝宝11个月以前都没有生过任何病。但是从第11月第一次得了中耳炎以后就很容易反复。
前两次都看了医生，吃了抗生素。但是离第二次还不到一个月。宝宝又出现了前两次同
样的症状。耳朵有黄色的液体，晚上睡不好，拍脑袋。明天再去约医生，确认一下是不
是又是中耳炎。希望不是啊。求祝福。
前两次得了中耳炎以后。我们洗头非常小心。而且洗头次数从一周三次减为一周一次。
而且我们也把奶瓶换成了吸管杯，但是发现吸管杯更容易呛到。有时候喂他吃饭。他嘴
里含着东西，把头摇来摇去，很容易呛到。甚至有时候自己啃玩具，也会被自己的口水
呛到。
实在不知道该怎么预防了，求大家支招。
另外，我看网上有人动了手术的，在耳朵里塞一根管子。不知道这个手术危不危险，有
没有后遗症，我们这种情况建不建议做？ |

throat) specialist, and he/she will judge whether your child needs the ear
tube surgery.
Statistically, the ear tube surgery can reduce incidence of ear infections
by around 85%. It is a very quick procedure, and the side effect is minimal.
My son had 6 ear infections in the past year. His ENT doctor performed
surgery on him two month ago. No ear infections and no complications so far.
Since his ear pain is gone, he becomes happier and more active.
They put a mask on him to put him to asleep (sedation), and he woke up right
after the 15 min procedure. He resumed normal activities that same
afternoon.
Usually for little kids, doctors don't give them IV anesthesia injection. Of
course, every surgery carries certain risk. You have to weigh the pros and
cons.

我老大之前就是， 我觉得抗生素总是不好，就减量给她。结果过2个星期又烧了 |

次是一周后，一次是两周后。第二次follow up都说是全好了的。
才好没几天，难道又开始了？真不知道我们到底做错了什么。

发帖数: 5207 | 15 MM, you didn't do anything wrong. Some kids are more prone to ear infections
than others, because their Eustachian tubes are especially short or
straight (or narrow). They were born with this structural feature.
Fortunately, most kids are less likely to get ear infections after the age
of 4.
