if my 485 was rejected, do I have to leave USA and reenter again? If so,
what about my husband (H1b) and my kid(h4)?

Hi, good question: I discussed this question with another attorney here and
if your I-485 (Adjustment) was denied, and your husband are still in valid H
-1B status, you would still be in H-4 status but still ineligible to work.
It is unlikely that you will be denied, but we do have to worry about your
getting your Visa Screen within the next 6 m | G*******n
