prevailing wage比州标准的prevailing wage要低,所以就是申请140,也会被拒掉。
这样的话,是不是意味着我得另找工作,还是有什么方法可以弥补的。急!谢谢任何意

他用错了标准?

l***i 发帖数: 64 | 4 Ask the hospital and lawyer to play with the salary a little.
If it counts too low in per year, count it in per hour, per month.
My salary was a little lower than the prevailing wage when I found my job.
But my lawyer counted it in this way. He put 20 per hour there (for example)
, so my salary per year would be regarded as 20 * 40 * 52. However, since I
only work 36 hours/week. My real salary will be less than the number above.
I got a 10% raise on the paper. |
d**i 发帖数: 11 | 5 Thanks for replying. Is it ok to file 40 hours per week on the paper than
actual 36 hours per week that you work? You said "I got a 10% raise on the
paper," which means you actually got paid around $18 per hour instead of $20
on the paper? Did your paper go through? Thanks a lot! |
l***i 发帖数: 64 | 6 they only put per hour rate there instead of per year rate.
If they converted it into per year rate by assuming that I work 40 hours per
week, I would make 800 per week. However I made 720 per week since I only
work 36 hours. I do not know whether it is the reason that my paper work
went through. Just an experience. |
