when you apply GC for yourself and LG/LP, do you both receive GC the same
time?
I got mine last July, yet LG didn't because so-called" name check", now he
is stuck because no more visa available. sighing.....
The problem is can I change job? If I want to go back to china for the
summer, can I be unemployed for 2 month before next job? Will his GC be
affected if there is this 2-month gap between my employment?
The worst is we are seperated by thousands of miles, and he takes care of 6 | d*g

Lawyer was hired by hospital and deal with all the hospital's cases, they
give biased answer, for ex: "you should stay in current position until your
husband get his greencard".
