doctors, found an Indiana doctor accepting walk in, but need to get shots
and lab done before go there.
Can sb verify these requirements for me?
Tb skin test.
Shots including MMR, Td, chickenpox, anything else?
Lab including HIV and Syphilis, anything else?

发帖数: 413 | 2 In my case last year, I found a Korean doctor in Chinatown area. I brought
all my immunization history. Had the PPD and the HIV blood work done in his
office. Two days later, I got the Medical Form done.
If you can, by any way, get a doctor in Chinatown. They have one it many
many times and know how to do everything fast. Hope it helps.
