发帖数: 22 | 4 I have the same question. I've requested information from a nursing school
in Canada (somewhat like nursing board here in the USA). I was told to fill
in these forms and send a request to the OH board of nursing (my current
licensure issuing board) to verify my licensure status and they will decide
whether I'm qualified to take their test. Since I was able to file my I-485
in July, I put these forms away. In case my I-485 is not approved, I'll pick
these forms up again.
