1,抽胃液--检PH值
2,打空气,听气过水(胃液)声.
3,X-RAY检查.
BTW:在国内医院里,还会有土办法,把胃管一头放一水杯里,看有没有气泡.

在美国临床，listen air无法给予确切的评估，基本老美不使用这方法，至于“
flushing the NG tube with 30 ml of air before aspirating fluid”我不知道指的
是什么情况，usually，是已经用x－ray 确定了ng tube的位置，才可以用air，
remember：whatever u want put anything into stomach，first：x－ray，then：
aspirating，要疏通tube才是用water saline or air。that's my opinion，maybe
