但是转到基础医学的ph.d.她也不好申请奖学金，请问护士要申请的话有什么要求吗？
prerequisite course 应该都有。是申请ms护士还是学士呢？
还有费用大概是多少呢？

applying for BSN rather than MSN.because most schools require RN license in
US and then enter MSN program In addidtion, I recommend her to go a
university in AR, there has cheaper tuition and fees than other places.
