I had worked in about 3 weeks. I can share some my experience with you and
hope it helps.
1) must be U.S citizen for RN, MD can be greencard
2) looks like VA like to hire new grad specially BSN, our floor hired 4, 3
are new grad and I have only one year experience.
3)the start pay is $51000 for RN( BSN), it is consider Federal employee. I
heard there is no overtime and never call off your shift.
VA 's hiring is very slow, I send my resume and got a call | W*******1

发帖数: 25 | 4 there are 3 Grade and each Grade start step1 to 11 I think.
Every state has there own start pay.I am Grade 1 step 3 start $51000 here.
they still consider me new grade I think.
国内工作经验 will be counted. I don't think 有熟悉的人在里面做医生 will help
. They just follow the steps.
Tell you the truth, I don't feel I like here,The nurse /pt ratio is high
