my OPT. You guys think how long he will get EB2 if he applys now? My
hospital will sponsor my green card. I am doing my paperwork now. If I want
to add my husband, we need to pay like $3500. My question is I don't know if
my husband should apply greencard with me and wait for the hope of category
A or we should apply EB2? Maybe we should do both? The only problem would
be the cost. :D thank you very much! |

donot have to think about him, but, he have to maintain his legal status
untile he begin file I485 by joinning yours.

发帖数: 2269 | 3 Your hospital will sponsor your I-140 only now. You cannot file 485 due to
no visanumber available for nurses. So your hudband cannot file anything
with you now. EB2 has no visanumber too now. So same for him: he can only
file his own 140 and cannot file his and your 485 now.

not work untill you fill 485?

I am sorry it took me so long to reply your message. Welcome to the board. I
haven't done any applications yet. My attorney sent me a list for me to
start with. I can forward it to you if you want it. Also, my husband asked
attorney regarding applying I140, they'll charge $5000+ attorney fee. It is
an expensive process.
