c 的意思就是 a dependent loop exists。
如果有这样一段Loop存在，流下来胸腔积液就会积聚在那一段Loop里，因为动力学的原
因，这段液体倒可能在管子里来回fluctuating,但妨碍了整个Chest Tube的Drain 胸腔
积液的功能。
