I was upset by my classmate at last week clinical cause I am afraid to
assess the back pressure ulcer dressing on a palliative care pt. She looks
so fragile.
BTW, I have to admit that I have no confidence with my skills on head to toe
assessment.
Afraid to fail clinicals, so got to do more homework.
