ulcer history. Her DM has been managed well since the past 5 yrs AEB A1c 7.5
-8.0. But one night after heavy birthday party dinner, she began to feel
pressure in the middle chest and was sent to ER.
Questions are:
1. List 5-10 questions you would like to ask the pt.
2. What things with your physical exam you are looking for or at? List why
they are pertinent.eg. JVD>2cm

可能是心脏的问题。如果heavy dinner，血液都到消化道，心脏供血不足。而且还高血
压史，估计吃降压药，心血管供血更低。所以胸闷。可以问：
什么时候开始胸闷，持续了多长时间，是come and go,还是continuously，可能是什么
引起的，之前发生过吗，头晕不晕，气短不短。
先保证病人的安全，头晕气短就要注意了。然后就是针对性的问。比如心脏问题就问心

so many questions you can ask: 1. Can you describe your chest pain in detail
.Do you have shorness of breath? dizness? headache..........
2.Family history: whether she had family history of HTN, DM, CAD, MI?
3. tell me what kind of meds you took @ home.
4. Tell me your diet and exercise?
