I just passed my English test. But I think I have to complete the form of
visascreen. The form require to complete validation of registration/license
and academic records.
I have CGFNS ID and I can find CGFNS still have my history of my expired
Chinese license ( I got CGFNS certificate a few years ago, so the license is
expired now) and academic records.
For my case, how to apply for visascreen? Shall I ask state nursing board

，我只记得我把托福和口语成绩寄过去以后，就给我Visascreen了。当然申请表是要填
的，但是肯定是不需要国内的执照和成绩单的，因为这些在考试之前都已经审核过了。

Teacher: you mentioned CGFNS needs an official letter from State Board of
nursing. But I did not find CGFNS has this requirment. And I asked our board
of nursing. She told me she will only fill out the form and mail CGFNS.
To dreamingca: I know you just got your visascreen. Did you ask your state
boarding of nursing to write an offical letter?
Anyone who applied for VS welcome to give me some suggestion. |
