to apply green card but it takes too many years. i do not want to wait any

application. However, there are no quota available. Nursing now is under EB3
. When your OPT expires, suppose your I140 is filed and may be pending or
approved, you still have to stop working and wait until the visa number
becomes current to file 485. Green card application is a long process
currently. I hope the situation will become better. |
