for jobs! People here are so helpful and nice! I really appreciate that!
I am a new grad from a second career nursing program. Now I got 2 possible
offers and am facing the choice of taking which one:
Offer 1: A top25 hospital which is 10 minutes drive from home, a Cardiac
floor,
day/evening rotation, nurse:patient=1:4, 32hr/week. I will need to
buy a
car to reach there.

think about working on night shift? I just came back form China, it took me
almost a whole week to adjust the jet lag, so I get really concerned about
working night.
In addition, based on what I heard from the manager of the 2nd offer, her
floor is very busy and will have many Trach patients, therefore I am not
sure that is sth I can easily manage. What do you think about this?

a unionized nurse, what and how much the union can really protect you?
