However, I have to move to CA,since my husband will work there.

Yes, sure.
Most of the CA State universities DO NOT enroll international students, such
as Sac State or Chico State.. ect. The tuition is cheaper, about 380/unit.
However, you may still try East Bay or several private schools, such as univ
. of san francisco
