hospital nearby.
I am working in a Cardiac stepdown uint in a big hospital now, it's been
more than 2 years and I really need to leave that cheap place. For day shift
, 4-5 patient per RN with 1 CNA for the whole floor (26 beds unit), as
primiary care, we need to take care of meals, bath, meds, labs, ivs, even
EKGs and breathing treatments, what's more, from next week, we need to sign
off the orders.
